bad air

the morning rain
was inviting
and the garden
is a fresh green workshop
when the soil is soft
but the body wish to stay in bed
and stay motionless
half eyes open
till the rain stop
but my ovaries are screaming
to get soaked
so the farmer’s hand
touch the dark earth
so pineapple, lemon grass and ginger
can start a new season

soaked in the rain
revolting abdominal pains
painful bad air
run around like a horse
on the loose
hyperventilating and
labored breathing
reflex, ointments and balms,
green hibiscus, garlic and guava
three cups of coffee
no relief
unbearable
reproductive pains
ended up in bed
with room service
a convergence of
rain, pain, bruce and jane
on their honeymoon
